Hit Brands To Be Decided By Cocaine.
Fashion buyers and editors are soon to be scouring international trade exhibitions and agency showrooms to discover must-have brands. In a departure for the traditionally dull fashion industry, consensus has been reached that, for the upcoming season, the hit brands will be decided by the amount of cocaine the sales agent shoves under a buyer’s nose.
Apart from the kerfuffle when Kate Moss was filmed innocently snorted some icing sugar or flour (or whatever that white powder was that the police couldn’t prove was charlie so no charges were brought), the fashion industry isn’t widely known for drugs. Despite this, sales agents will be doing their best in showrooms, trade shows, and parties, to get buyers and editors as high as Donatella Versace’s peroxide bill in an attempt to make their labels the best selling.
A consortium of buyers have allegedly decided to not analyse what people actually want in the current economic climate and to instead start “buzzing their tits off” at the expense of sales agents and order whatever they’re told to.
